In 2003,Zhejiang Xinminglong Knitting Textiles Co., Ltd. was founded, and relocated from former address(No. 11, Gongyuan Road, Tudian Town) to the new address (No 28, Shuguang Road, Tudian Town Industrial Park), purchased 20 KARL MAYER KS knitting machines, with a total investment of RMB 25 million;
6. In 2005,Zhejiang Minglong Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded, with a register capital of RMB 25 million, and a total investment of over RMB 80 million;
7. In 2007,The construction of complex office building was commenced, with a total investment of RMB 20 million;
8. In 2008,a grand ceremony was held for celebrating the foundation of Zhejiang Minglong Shareholding Co. Ltd, the foundation of Zhejiang Minglong Import and Export Co, Ltd, the erection of complex office building, the 10th anniversary of the foundation of Zhejiang Xinminglong Knitting Textiles Co., Ltd., and the completion and launch of Zhejiang minglong Plastic Co., Ltd;
9. In 2009, Zhejiang Minglong Substrates Co., Ltd. was founded in the form of joint stock system, with a registered capital of RMB 22 million, purchased 24 RS knitting machines with the brand of KARL MAYER and Liba from 2009 to 2012, with a total investment of over RMB 0.1 billion;
10. In 2010,Minglong Shareholding Group was founded, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, and a total investment of RMB 0.36 billion, has 7 subsidiaries, is integrated with textiles, plastics, clothing, trade, investment, building materials and finance;
11. In 2011,Minglong shareholding group Committee and committee for Discipline inspection of the CPC were founded;
12. In 2012,Department of the People's Armed Force of Minglong Sgareholding Group was founded;
13. In 2015, Zhejiang Minglong Base Fabric Co., Ltd. completed the share reform. The new company after the share reform was: Zhejiang Minglong Base Fabric Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 31.7 million yuan.
14. In January 2016, Zhejiang Minglong Base Fabric Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in the National SME Equity Exchange Center, Minglong Shares, code: 835444.
15. In July 2016, the processing project of Zhejiang Xinminglong Warp Knitting Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation, with a total investment of 6 million yuan.
16. In August 2017, Minglong Chemical Fiber Project (with bombs) was officially put into operation, with a total investment of 40.21 million yuan.
17. In June 2018, Zhejiang Minglong Technology Co., Ltd. registered capital of 60 million. In the previous period, two rolling production lines were put into production and operation, and four rolling production lines were put into production in the later stage. The total investment of the project is 100 million yuan.
