8. Zhejiang Minglong Import and Export Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. 11. In 2011, the Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee of the Communist Party of China Minglong Holding Group Co., Ltd. were established;
12. The People's Armed Forces Department of Minglong Holding Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2012.
13. Zhejiang Minglong Kibu Co., Ltd. completed the share reform in 2015. The new company after the share reform is: Zhejiang Minglong Kibu Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 31.7 million yuan.

15. In July 2016, Zhejiang Xinminglong Warp Knitting Co., Ltd. officially put into operation the rear processing project with a total investment of 6 million yuan.

17. In June 2018, Zhejiang Minglong Technology Co., Ltd. had a registered capital of 60 million. Two rolling production lines were put into production and operation in the early stage, and four rolling production lines were put into production in the later stage.
