Public Participation in Environmental Protection Announcement

1. construction projects

Zhejiang Xinminglong Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 148.7 million yuan to use idle workshops as production workshops and warehouses, with a construction area of 15665 m2. At the same time, we will purchase advanced domestic equipment such as calendering production line (including mixing equipment, extrusion equipment, calendering equipment) and electric heating system. After the completion of the project, we will form an annual production capacity of 80000 tons of environmental protection printing film consumables.

Distribution of main environmental sensitive targets within the scope of 2. environmental impact assessment

The project is located in the new east of Haixing Village, Tudian Town, Tongxiang City, with streams to the east, Xiaoshiqiao Village to the south, and forests and farmland to the west. The nearest distance from Xiaoshiqiao Village on the southwest side of the Project to the factory boundary of the Project is 18m, the nearest distance from the feeding workshop is 75m, and the nearest distance from the rolling workshop is about 115m. Forecast of main environmental impacts in 3.

1. Atmospheric environmental impact: The waste gas generated by this project is mainly feeding dust, extrusion and calendering process waste gas (hydrogen chloride, vinyl chloride, non-methane total hydrocarbons). According to the estimation results of this EIA estimation model, it is determined that the atmospheric assessment level is Grade II under normal emission. After treatment by the treatment measures proposed by this EIA, the exhaust gas emitted by the project has less impact on the surrounding environment.

2, water environment impact: the project spray wastewater circulation to adapt to regular treatment after reuse. Domestic sewage has been pretreated by septic tanks and recently entrusted to the sanitation department to be transported to Tongxiang Puyuan Hengsheng Water Treatment Co., Ltd. for treatment and discharge to Qiantang River after reaching the Class A standard of "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). It is far expected that after the sewage pipe network is connected, the sewage of the living network will be incorporated into the municipal sewage pipe network. After the implementation of the project, the impact on the surrounding surface water environment is small.
