Recently, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions organized six young cadres to walk into the production line of the enterprise and carry out the experience activity of "being a worker for a week, playing the first heart of the trade union". In this experience activity, the members of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the trade union cadres of various towns and streets went to three enterprises, namely, Tu Dian Minglong, Pu Yuan Aoqiu and Zhou Quan Wen Dao, to experience and work together with the enterprise workers.

The leaders quickly changed their working identities. They went to the enterprise workshop to take part in the work according to the working hours of the enterprise. As an ordinary workshop worker, they followed the workers to learn the work of making papers and warehouse management. They studied, worked and lived with the front-line employees at the grass-roots level, and experienced the working environment, labor process and life experience of the enterprise workers. At the same time, it also brought down the sincerity of trade union organizations to serve employees, enterprises to serve the grassroots, and brought up the thoughts and expectations of front-line workers, the confused needs of grassroots enterprises, and the voices and suggestions of grassroots trade unions.
