Today (March 3), in order to help new employees get familiar with the group and their jobs, enter the working state faster, understand the relevant rules and regulations of the company, cultivate a good working attitude and professional quality, and lay a solid foundation for being competent for the job. The Group organized an induction training for new employees in 2021, with a total of 145 new employees participating in the training.

First of all, Hu Yufei, director of the group's human resources department, led the new employees of the training to visit the enterprise party building culture exhibition hall, explaining in detail the development process of the enterprise, party building work, corporate culture, welfare, etc.

This training was explained in detail by Guo Fengen, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice president of the group, for the new employees from four aspects:
