In order to promote the group's "6S" lean management work efficiently and orderly, this morning, Zhou Lijun, deputy secretary of the party committee and president, and Guo Fengen, deputy secretary of the party committee and executive president, led the group management team to Zhejiang Shuanghuan Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. to visit and study.

Under the leadership of the staff, the management team of Minglong Group first visited the exhibition hall of Shuanghuan to learn about its development history and manufactured products. Since its establishment for more than 40 years, Shuanghuan has focused on the R & D, manufacturing and sales of mechanical transmission core components, gears and their components, and has become one of the world's largest professional gear product manufacturers and service providers.

Afterwards, I visited the front line of the workshop, standardized and tidy working environment, orderly placement of various items and materials, clear labels, and distinctive production billboards. Wherever we go, we show the remarkable results of 6S management. The 6S management concept is vividly reflected in every corner of the workshop, and the management team members we visited are full of praise. During the discussion, Li Sheng, general manager of Jiaxing District of Shuanghuan Transmission, shared their practices and experiences with us from four aspects of SPS and "6S" management in TPS. Representatives of various branches of Minglong Group also expressed their feelings and thoughts on this visit.

Summary requirements

Guo Fengen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive President, put forward three requirements for the group management team:

1. determination. Determination is the premise of doing a good job. The size of determination determines the success rate of this matter and directly determines the result.

2. action. If you have the determination, you must take action. Through today's on-site teaching, you must go back with great vigour, without hesitation, and carry out the 6S well in a down-to-earth manner;

3. results. With determination and action, the final result depends on the result. The chairman often said, "As long as the process is solid, the result will be wonderful".

Zhou Lijun, deputy secretary of the party committee and president, made a summary and asked the visiting management team to think:

1. how to transform what we see into our own results;

2. participate more, interact more and speak out their own ideas;

3. how to manage our site best.

This exchange and study has further enhanced the communication and friendship between Minglong and Shuanghuan, and enabled us to further improve our understanding and level in our study. I believe that through unremitting efforts, the Group's 6S management will definitely reach a new level.
