Effective Communication in Micro Party Class
Here is the title one h1 placeholder text
The Effective Communication
For an organization, good communication can make members understand the situation, make decision-making more reasonable and effective, and establish a common vision of the organization. Supervisors are able to communicate and guide employees to better work. Employees can better understand and implement the leadership's intentions and decisions through communication.
In response to communication, Li Xu, member of the Party Committee and general manager of new materials, conducted a vivid micro-party class on the topic of "Effective Communication", with the participation of middle-level and above managers and all Party members.

Li Xu explained in detail the importance of communication, communication principles and communication gadgets in this micro-party class, interspersed with small stories in daily life, simulated communication dialogues, and vividly demonstrated the skills and principles of communication, which made all the people present gain a lot.

Importance of Communication
There is a famous model in psychology called the Johari window, which divides the information we communicate into four areas:
1. What you know and the other party knows (open area): This is the most ideal area for communication. You can understand each other in an instant and have a heart-to-heart communication;
2. What you know and the other party doesn't know (hidden area): This is the area where many boys often sigh. What do you (girls) want, can't you tell me directly? -- Learn to tell!
3. I don't know, the other party knows (my blind spot): in the workplace, many people are blind, many things do not form the habit of information with the same frequency, and finally there will always be one sentence: I thought you knew...
4. I don't know, and the other party doesn't know (common blind area): both sides of the unknown area, work together to explore the unknown area.
Principle: Expand open, effective communication!
Employees need to have several skills in the work: technical skills, interpersonal skills, conceptual skills.
The higher you go, the lower the requirements for technical skills and the higher the requirements for conceptual skills;
Different positions require different cognition. If you don't learn and adjust in time, it will lead to invalid communication!

1. Listen attentively: Knowing how to listen is the best way to become a good communicator.
2. Non-verbal communication: Your body language, eye contact, gestures and tone of voice can all polish the message you want to convey.
3. Simple and clear: Express what you think as briefly as possible.
4. Be friendly: A friendly, human way to ask questions, or just a smile, can promote an open and sincere dialogue between you and your colleagues.
5. Self-confidence: When you communicate with others, it is very important to maintain self-confidence.
6. empathy: A "I understand your starting point" can show that you are listening and respecting their point of view, so that you can reach a better consensus.
Open Mind: Listen to and understand others' points of view with an open mind, rather than just letting the information go through your head.
Respect others: When you show respect for other people's opinions, people will be more willing to communicate with you.

WHY-Why do you want to do this?
WHAT-What is the purpose? What to do?
Who-to communicate with? Who will do it? Who is responsible?
WHEN-When is it best to do it?
WHERE-Where to start?
HOW-How to improve efficiency? How to implement?
HOW MUCH-How much to do and to what extent? What is the level of quality? How much does it cost?
3. team leader communication management
Employees should communicate effectively on the first two days of work, one month after work, three months after work, one year after work, and the first time when employees have major achievements or major mistakes occur.
In addition to the above situation, we should communicate with the old employees regularly, such as once every six months, once a week to send a message to the team members, and maintain emotional stability during communication.
