First of all, assistant president Shen Zhouhu gave a briefing on the group's 6S inspection in November and the inspection of special equipment and environmental protection equipment by the mechanical and electrical department, and put forward three requirements:

2. must highlight the key points, grasp the key, do daily spot checks on special equipment and environmental protection equipment, and assign special personnel to take charge of risky units;
3. must implement their responsibilities, so that orders must be implemented and prohibitions must be stopped, and superiors and subordinates must cooperate closely.

Then Guo Fengen, deputy secretary of the party committee and executive president, summarized the on-site observation and exchange of the warp knitting 6s, and affirmed the effect of the group's 6s management work in the past year. Then, a brief training was conducted in the form of playing videos, sharing how to apply other people's strengths, requiring each branch to learn from the standard and continue to strengthen and improve 6s site management.
Finally, with "management results, details determine success or failure" put forward three requirements:

2. The branch should optimize the management structure, further optimize the responsibilities of managers at all levels, and pay close attention to the assessment indicators issued by the group to implement fine management;
3. Carry out training, actively create an atmosphere for all employees to implement 6S and fine management, and create that everyone is the master, everyone is the main body of cost reduction and efficiency increase, and everyone is the controller of details.
