At the meeting, Guo Fengen, deputy secretary of the Party committee and executive president, put forward six requirements for the group's 6S inspection, fine management and safety and environment work:

1. Strengthen fine management: according to the supervision and implementation of the list, take the data as the basis and the account as the starting point, set up a ledger tracking team to supervise the timeliness, authenticity and accuracy of the ledger records.

2. Strengthen 6S management: compare standards, strictly implement, strengthen supervision, improve management level, and continue to implement quarterly observation.

3. Strengthen safety and environmental management: strengthen the sense of responsibility of managers, strictly implement the system, minimize the occurrence of work-related injuries, and improve the implementation of environmental protection.

4. Strengthen the management of mechanical and electrical equipment and special equipment: implement spot inspection and maintenance, put an end to operation with diseases, improve equipment operation efficiency and ensure production.

5. Strengthen team building: grass-roots managers are the last link to get through management and should strengthen execution. Middle-level managers should play the role of a bridge between the upper and lower levels.
